Seller

Booking services

  1. A booking is accepted once you receive the confirmation on the site and by message.
  2. Duration and price are shown for every service; artists of different levels may charge differently, and the total is always visible before you confirm.
  3. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the start — via the link in the confirmation or in your account.
  4. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the artist may shorten the service or offer another time.
  5. If a deposit is required, its refund terms are shown before payment.

Buying products

Products are collected at the studio. A reservation is held for 24 hours after ordering unless the order says otherwise. Products of proper quality can be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition; opened hygiene products cannot be returned.

Gift cards

A gift card is valid for 12 months from purchase, pays for any studio services and products, and can be used in several parts. The balance is not exchanged for cash except where the law requires.

Courses

A seat is reserved after payment or deposit. You can cancel with a full refund up to 7 days before the start. Once classes begin or access to online materials is opened, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract no longer applies (Law No. 284/2004 on electronic commerce).

Right of withdrawal

Under Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Exceptions: a service already fully performed with your consent, and digital content you have started to use.

Liability and complaints

If you are not happy with the result, tell us within 7 days: we will fix the work free of charge or refund you. Complaints go to [email protected]; we reply within 15 days. Disputes are settled amicably and, failing that, under the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
