Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
New clients are booked only with a deposit. Without a deposit I don't book new clients.
What happens if I'm late?
Up to 10 minutes is fine. 15–20 minutes late means nude only, no colour and no design. Over 20 minutes the booking is cancelled. Please don't be late.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, 50% of the treatment price is due in order to keep working together.
What should I mention in advance?
Let me know about extra work: broken nails, strengthening, rebuilding side walls, a more complex design, long nails. Mention slim extensions and paraffin therapy when you book.
I want a complex design. How do I find out the price?
Send a photo in advance: I'll tell you whether I can do it and the exact price.
How do I sign up for a course?
Send me a message with the word CURS and I'll send you the details and group dates. In-person courses take place at the studio in central Chișinău.
How does the online course work?
The “Manicure at home” course runs on Telegram with unlimited access. You go at your own pace, rewatch lessons any time and get feedback directly from me.
