Payment and refunds

Payment methods

Available methods are shown at checkout: at the studio in cash or by card at the terminal, and online when that method is enabled. Card details are entered only on the secure page of the bank or payment service; the studio never sees or stores them.

When you pay

• Services are paid after the visit. If a booking needs a deposit, the amount and terms are shown before you confirm.
• Products and gift cards are paid online at checkout or on collection at the studio.
• Courses — full payment or a deposit when you reserve a seat.

Receipts

You get a receipt at the studio, or by email after an online payment.

Refunds

Refunds go back by the same method you paid with, within 10 business days of the refund decision. When the money reaches your card depends on your bank. Refund terms for services, products, gift cards and courses are in the Terms of sale.
